Refurbishment and Fitout of Private Offices
in Dublin 2

This project involved the complete
refurbishment and the high specification fitout
of an early Victorian end of terrace two storey
red brick to provide private offices for a
property company. The building was gutted and
full services including air conditioning and full
cabling were installed with great care so as
not to damage or interfere with the character
of the building. The exterior fabric of the
building including the brickwork had to be
restored and the roof was replaced. All the
interior fitout including the procurement of the
furniture, selection of finishes and lighting was
provided. The design of the landscaping was
also included as part of the service.
